Case Study: DF’ing a Small, Weeklong Conference

Small International Conference to Work on “How humanity can respond to the crisis of civilization”: Facilitated a weeklong gathering of 26 people from 7 different countries. Attendees came from a wide range of backgrounds including economics, politics, science, art, and spirituality. Many participants were multi-lingual, however facilitated sessions were conducted in English. Aim of the conference was to explore the possibilities for humans to respond to our current global situation. (more…)

Case Study: DF’ing an Advisory Board Retreat

Advisory Board for County Parks & Recreation Agency

Facilitated an annual retreat for an advisory group appointed by the county commission to provide public oversight to the agency.

Results

Board members left feeling a renewed sense of leadership, connection to each other, and empowered to take action on a plan to address the budgetary issues faced by the agency. (more…)
